Returns Exchanges and Refunds

All equipment sold by Riverina Ski Sports is covered by the manufacturers specific warranties and subject to the use and maintenance terms therein. We will undertake to repair, replace or exchange any items which are returned under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. In all other cases acceptance of returned goods is entirely at the discretion of Riverina Ski Sports. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorisation obtained from our Customer Service. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in like new condition in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Please note that Riverina Ski Sports will not issue refunds or replace goods where products have been used by customers other than in accordance with clear instructions provided with the product.

Damaged Items, Claims and Shortages

Notification of damage or shortage must be made to the carrier on receipt of goods and to Riverina Ski Sports within 24 hours of receipt of goods. This notification must be confirmed in writing within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Notification concerning non-delivery of part of a consignment must be made to Riverina Ski Sports within 7 days from the invoice date; otherwise no claim can be entertained. Customers are advised that in the case of a query concerning delivered goods, contact should be made with Riverina Ski Sports who will advise on procedures to be taken. On no account should customers attempt to return goods without following the procedures outlined at the time by Riverina Ski Sports.
